Master Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access, licensing, usage, onboarding, operational participation, API interaction, subscription management, enterprise integrations, partner ecosystems, and all associated digital infrastructure operated by G2 GLOBAL TECH SOLUTION.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, integrating, onboarding, purchasing, subscribing, or using any platform operated by G2 GLOBAL TECH SOLUTION, including GG EMS, GG CRM, DocGen, TradeMitra, SafarPe, APIs, dashboards, mobile applications, or partner systems, users acknowledge full legal acceptance of these Terms.

Digital acceptance through registration forms, checkbox consent, OTP verification, electronic signatures, API integrations, payment confirmation, or dashboard access shall constitute legally enforceable agreement acknowledgment under applicable Indian Information Technology laws.

2. SaaS License & Usage Rights

All services are provided strictly under a limited, revocable, non-transferable SaaS subscription license.

  • • No ownership rights are transferred to Subscribers
  • • Reverse engineering is prohibited
  • • Unauthorized automation is restricted
  • • Scraping, cloning, or redistribution is prohibited
  • • API abuse or infrastructure probing is forbidden

3. Enterprise Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees, onboarding charges, implementation costs, API usage fees, cloud hosting charges, custom development fees, and enterprise deployment costs are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed contractually.

Delayed payments may result in automatic restrictions including account suspension, API throttling, service degradation, wallet freezes, or termination of enterprise access.

4. MSME & Payment Protection

G2 GLOBAL TECH SOLUTION operates under applicable Indian MSME frameworks and reserves rights available under MSME recovery, delayed payment, invoice protection, and commercial dispute laws.

Enterprise clients may be liable for statutory interest, recovery proceedings, legal enforcement costs, and compliance penalties arising from delayed commercial settlements.

5. Intellectual Property & Infrastructure Ownership

All software systems, APIs, attendance engines, payroll logic, CRM workflows, AI document systems, automation frameworks, dashboards, databases, UI/UX elements, deployment architecture, source code, operational logic, trademarks, branding assets, analytics systems, and platform infrastructure remain exclusive intellectual property of G2 GLOBAL TECH SOLUTION.

Unauthorized duplication, resale, white-labeling, redistribution, reverse engineering, commercial exploitation, or infrastructure replication without written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate legal action.

6. Data Processing & Compliance

Enterprise customers remain responsible for lawful collection, employee consent, payroll compliance, labor compliance, biometric authorization, KYC accuracy, and lawful data processing within their organizations.

The Company may act as a technology provider, processor, or infrastructure operator depending upon service scope.

7. Infrastructure & Third-Party Dependencies

Certain services depend upon external providers including cloud vendors, telecom operators, payment gateways, OTP systems, government APIs, biometric hardware vendors, GPS systems, hosting providers, and banking infrastructure.

Temporary interruptions, latency, or service limitations may occur during maintenance, provider outages, force majeure events, or infrastructure incidents.

8. Monitoring, Audit & Security

The Company reserves rights to monitor platform activity, audit suspicious behavior, review logs, investigate fraud, and implement security controls necessary for ecosystem protection and compliance enforcement.

Audit logs, IP records, timestamps, API logs, dashboard activity, OTP verification records, and system analytics may be used as operational and legal evidence.

9. Suspension & Enforcement Rights

G2 GLOBAL TECH SOLUTION reserves the right to suspend, restrict, throttle, or terminate services immediately in cases involving fraud, payment default, abuse, security threats, policy violations, illegal activity, infrastructure attacks, or reputational risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or business interruption damages including revenue loss, payroll discrepancies, operational downtime, data loss, or reputational impact.

Maximum aggregate liability shall remain limited to fees paid by the Subscriber during the preceding three (3) months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes, arbitration proceedings, legal claims, compliance matters, and enforcement actions shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts and authorities located in New Delhi, India.

By continuing to use the services, platforms, APIs, onboarding systems, HRMS modules, CRM tools, or partner infrastructure operated by G2 GLOBAL TECH SOLUTION, users acknowledge and agree to the applicable legal policies, compliance obligations, and digital operational standards.
