This policy establishes a transparent framework for recording work hours, managing shifts, and ensuring payroll accuracy using the G2 EMS Platform. Our goal is to eliminate manual errors and ensure compliance with Indian Labor Standards.

03. Shift & Time Definitions

Employee Duties

  • • Daily Punch In/Out via secure credentials.
  • • Advance leave application via EMS panel.
  • • Submission of medical docs for SL > 2 days.
  • • Maintaining device security for IP logs.

Admin Duties

  • • Configuring shift rules and grace periods.
  • • Monitoring "Suspicious Activity" flags.
  • • Monthly attendance export for payroll.
  • • Logging all manual adjustments with remarks.

05. Data Integrity & Retention

All attendance logs are IP-tagged and tamper-proof. Administrative edits are recorded in an immutable audit trail.

06. Dispute Resolution

Missed a punch or technical error? Submit a Correction Request within 24 hours via the dashboard. Disputes are reviewed by HR/Admin and resolved within 3 working days.
