G2 Global Tech Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the digital privacy of all users. This policy is designed to comply with the Indian Information Technology Act (2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act (2023). This document explains how we handle data within the GG-EMS ecosystem.

03. Sensitive Personal Data (SPD)
Under Indian Law, we treat financial information, Aadhaar/PAN IDs, and biometric/facial markers as Sensitive Personal Data. We do not store raw biometric data; only hashed identifiers for authentication.
04. How We Use Your Data
Data processing is limited strictly to business operational requirements:

05. Storage & Security
All Subscriber data is hosted on Tier-3 Indian Data Centers via professional third-party infrastructure. We perform daily automated backups. In the event of a suspected data breach, we will notify the primary account administrator within 48-72 hours.
06. Cookie Policy
We use essential session cookies to maintain Admin and Employee logins. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies within the GG-EMS portal.
07. Retention & Purging
Following account termination, data is accessible for 15 days for export. On the 30th day of inactivity, all Subscriber data is permanently purged from our active systems to comply with the Right to be Forgotten.
08. Grievance & Legal Rights
As per the DPDP Act, you have the right to access your data, request corrections, and nominate a representative. For any privacy-related grievances, please contact our designated Grievance Officer.
