Under Indian Law, we treat financial information, government IDs, and biometric/facial data as Sensitive Personal Data (SPD).

Data is processed strictly for the following operational needs:

- ✔ Generation of ID Cards & Pay Slips
- ✔ Security Monitoring & Fraud Prevention
05. Storage & Security
Data is securely hosted on GoDaddy Managed Servers with daily encrypted backups. We employ SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. In the event of a suspected data breach, G2 Global Tech Solutions will notify the primary account administrator within 48 hours.

07. Retention & Deletion
Upon account termination or expiry, Subscriber data is held in a "Read-Only" state for 15 days. After 30 days of inactivity, all data is permanently purged from our active databases and cannot be recovered.
08. Your Legal Rights
As per the DPDP Act, you have the right to access your data, request corrections, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent for critical data (e.g., Attendance) may result in account suspension.
