01. Manual Payment Model
G2 Global Tech Solutions operates on a Manual Prepaid System. Subscribers must manually renew their plans. We do not perform automatic debits. Cancellation is effective immediately upon the end of the current tenure if no renewal is initiated.
02. Taxes & Processing Fees
All subscription prices listed are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- GST (18%): As per Indian Tax Laws, GST applied to an invoice is non-refundable once the tax period is closed.
- Convenience Fee: Any payment gateway charges or convenience fees (approx. 2% to 3%) charged by third-party processors (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.

03. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly limited to the following scenarios:
- ✔ Duplicate Payment: Valid transaction ID required.
- ✔ System Outage: Inaccessibility for more than 72 consecutive hours.
- ✖ Non-Refundable: Mid-cycle exits, feature change requests, or third-party hosting issues.
04. Data Termination
Once a subscription expires or is cancelled:
- • 15 Days: Window for data export.
- • 30 Days: Permanent deletion from GoDaddy servers.
